Project - Foreign Language Careers
1. Think of a driving question for your project. Some examples can be found by opening this document:
2. Begin your exploration of a minimum of eight different careers that involve languages.
Do a simple Google search on "careers using foreign languages" which will generate a multitude of good links.
You can also find many good links here: Careers Using World Language .
3. Complete the following handout that asks you to describe eight professions in Spanish:
4. Form a team with two other students (group size of three) who have similar driving question. Notify la maestra of who your teammates are and your group's driving question.
5. Share your information with teammates. Choose TWO professions from each student to be included in your group's oral presentation.
6. Review the rubric below to help you decide how your group will present its information before an audience of language students and/or teachers.
